Civil Project Management & Construction Supervision

Once your development has received all regulatory agency approvals and you are ready to begin construction, Empire Engineering can also provide project management and construction supervision services such as:

• Preparation of Bills of Quantities and Cost Opinions for civil construction works;
• Preparation of Tender Documentation, including calling for tenders, assessment of tenders and recommendation of a suitable tenderer;
• Preparation of Contract Documentation in accordance with AS4000 General Conditions of Contract;
• Supervision of Contract including regular construction inspections, liaison with the civil contractor and regulatory authorities; and assessment and processing of civil contractor progress claims.
• Civil Certification of construction works and preparation of as-constructed plans and other relevant documentation to achieve final regulatory acceptance of the civil construction works.
