Located adjacent to Tantitha Lagoon and one of Bundaberg’s oldest surviving homesteads, Tantitha Rise captures the ideal rural residential lifestyle whilst only 8 mins to the Bundaberg CBD. Empire Engineering was engaged early in the planning phase of this development to prepare a Stormwater Management Plan Report to accompany the planning approval application. Empire Engineering went on to provide the detailed design, contract administration and construction supervision of Stage 1 (30 rural residential lots) of Tantitha Rise Estate.
