Completed in the first half of 2018, Empire Engineering was engaged to provide full structural and civil engineering services, design through to construction, for this award winning boutique five storey residential development located on the Mooloolaba River. In 2019 the Tangalooma building was voted HIA Apartment Complex of the Year in the Sunshine Coast & Wide Bay Housing Awards and individually the lower unit was also voted HIA Apartment of the Year.
