This oceanfront home was the featured home for the 2017 James Hardie Australian marketing campaign. Empire Engineering provided the structural engineering design including footings, slabs on ground, blockwork and suspended slabs for this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive home. Empire Engineering was also responsible for the construction inspections and certification of structural elements.
