The Churches of Christ Integrated Community Campus at Brookfield is a $40 million staged development comprised of 7000m2 multi-storey carpark and 6 multi-storey commercial and residential buildings. Empire Engineering was engaged to provide both civil and structural engineering services to support development approval through to construction. Design aspects of note were the customisation of retaining systems to maximise economy given the sloping nature of the site.
