Bundaberg Regional Council has progressively delivered the Elliott Heads Foreshore Masterplan for the rejuvenation and enhancement of the headland area at Elliott Heads. Empire Engineering was originally involved in the development of the Foreshore Masterplan and concept engineering plans in 2012 and the structural engineering design of the new kiosk in 2014. More recently, Empire Engineering was engaged as the principal consultant to provide the detailed design of Stages 1 to 4 including major road upgrade works, linked footpaths, landscaping, shelter shed, a viewing platform and more than 100 formed car parks.
