Civil & Structural Engineering: Empire Engineering- Description
Empire Engineering was engaged to provide the structural and civil engineering design of all aspects of the new Central Medical Centre, Bundaberg. Structural design works included foundations, steel framing for front awnings and glazing, bracing and tie-down for main building structure and footings and column details for the aluminium privacy screen. Civil design works included erosion and sediment control, surface levels, pavement and seal design for internal car parking areas and stormwater drainage. Empire Engineering was also responsible for site supervision and engineering certification of all project works.
