Bargara Headlands Estate is the latest residential development by Moorhead Family Communities Bundaberg (MFCB). Like all MFCB projects, Bargara Headlands Estate focuses on Community, Environment and Value. Empire Engineering was engaged early in the planning phase of this development to prepare a Stormwater Management Plan Report, Traffic Impact Assessment Report, Engineering Services Report and Environmental Report. Empire Engineering went on to provide the detailed design of Stage 1 including internal civil works for 35 lots, Logan Road extension and 3992 EP sewerage pump station. Empire Engineering also provided contract administration and construction supervision of Stage 1.
